The neighborhood

Forty-three spacious townhomes among mature trees, a shared firepit, and Maryknoll Park at the western edge.

The construction of the Maryknoll Townhomes began in 1978 and was completed in 1991. We have a total of ten buildings, comprising 43 units of spacious homes. A common area with firepit is the site of our periodic social gatherings.

Maryknoll Park is on our western border, with greenspace, a playground, two miniature golf courses, paddle tennis, horseshoes, cornhole, and disc golf.

A private walking path connects with the paths of Maryknoll II and Maryknoll Estates and leads to two ponds and another playground.

HealthTrack Sports and Wellness is a few hundred yards northwest of our homes. Adjacent to it are Northwestern Immediate Care, Northwestern Medicine offices and labs, and Northwestern Physical Therapy.

Conveniently located south of Roosevelt Road and west of I-355, Maryknoll is easily accessible to the major highways of the western suburbs and to the stores, restaurants, and services of Glen Ellyn, Wheaton, and Lombard.

Maryknoll Park sits on our western border, with playgrounds, miniature golf, paddle tennis, and disc golf. A private walking path continues through Maryknoll II and Maryknoll Estates to two ponds.

    A shared patio and firepit in the common area — home to Friday gatherings, chili cook-offs, and the New Year’s Day Polar Bear cocktail party.

    Decks on Buildings 1, 3, and 4 are in this year’s staining cycle. Homeowners will be advised if any repairs are needed before staining. Building painting is paused until 2027.
