New Year’s Day Polar Bear
A cocktail party on New Year’s Day to toast the year ahead, often outdoors in the garden area.
Book Club
A thriving book club that meets regularly.
Mah Jongg
Meets and plays on the first and third Tuesdays of each month.
Men’s Chili Cook-off
Held in the common area and patio. The first cook-off was November 3, 2021.
During the 2020 lockdowns, residents organized impromptu driveway parties — some of those evenings are in the pictures below.
